All our web site packages aim to make it easy to design your new website and the following outlines what steps we take to design it.
Stage One - Initial Chat.
Whether choosing a web site package, a cms web site package or an e-commerce store the process starts with us discussing what your needs are.
We can either meet up for a chat (if local) or discuss over the phone, it's up to you.
This is a no obligation discussion and will help decide which package best suits your requirements.
Do you need a logo or web hosting?
We have a logo design service and recommend web hosting with Nativespace.
Stage Two - New business starter pack.
After the initial chat we will go through our new business starter pack.
This helps us plan your new website from colours to competition, this includes everything we need to complete your proposal.
Stage Three - Proposal
A detailed specification and an any additional costing (extra pages or additional functionality) is produced for you to review, amend and agree.
Stage Three - Initial website
Using the information gathered a prototype website will be built (first page only) and will be reviewed with you. This is intended to define the 'look and feel' of the site.
Appropriate search keywords will be researched and agreed, so that the website will achieve the best position in search engine results pages.
Google Analytics will also be added to your website so you will be able to see your statistics, and where your web traffic is coming from and what searches they are using to find you.
Stage Three - Build and Review
When an acceptable style has been agreed, the functionality is added and at this stage we will require your copy for your website.
This copy are the words and images required to hold the interest of your customers.
As your are the experts in your particular field of business, the copy will need to be supplied by you but we will optimise your words and help edit them for the site.
At this point it is 'released' onto the desired web address (URL) and made available to the general public.Stage 4 - After Release
Following release, we will submit your site to the appropriate free directories and search engines (Google,Bing and Yahoo).
Plus, all packages include 12 months of support. We know things change, so enjoy peace of mind if you need to update some text or photo on your site for the 12 month period.
